fizzique® is currently sold exclusively through drinkfizzique.com and Amazon.com for the time being.
fizzique is sold directly to consumers. We don’t work with any resellers, with the exception of Amazon.com.
Any products labeled as fizzique but not sold through drinkfizzique.com or Amazon.com pages are unauthorized imitations and counterfeits. fizzique is a registered trademark of fizzique, LLC and is not to be used in any promotional sale by any individual or entity without written permission from firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I place an order?
fizzique is sold online through our website drinkfizzique.com and Amazon.com. We look forward to you joining us as a customer and enjoying refreshing protein as you’ve never known it.
How can I sign up for regular deliveries?
fizzique users can choose to receive a case of 12 cans of fizzique delivered to your door regularly. You can select whether you prefer a case every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or monthly.

How fizzique regular subscription delivery works.
Once you’ve set up your fizzique regular subscription, you will receive your order weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or monthly, just as you have selected.
Your case of fizzique will ship the same day of the week or month after you start the subscription.
You can also order a single case of fizzique, 12 cans of one flavor, by unchecking the Subscribe button on the Product page before you add it to your cart.
If you have surplus fizzique, you can pause your subscription from 1-8 weeks. Once the designated time has passed, your subscription will work like before. This unique pause facility allows you to have the flexibility of how much fizzique you want on hand at any given time. Pausing will change when you are charged for your order.
Billing starts and repeats the same day as when you started your original subscription.
How do I edit my fizzique subscription?
You can edit your fizzique subscription by logging into your fizzique account where you can:
- Edit your billing information
- Edit your shipping information
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription

Is fizzique available internationally?
Not yet. We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska).
How do I change my address?
You can edit your shipping address by going to your Account Settings and adjusting the information.
Any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject – Request Shipping Address Change.
For subscription orders, sign in to your account at https://www.drinkfizzique.com/account/login and please use your email (the one you used to purchase the subscription to log in).
Next to your address, click Edit and fill out the fields with your new address information. Click Update to save those changes.
Where is my order?
We will send you an email with your tracking number once your fizzique order has been shipped. This will include an anticipated delivery date.

Does fizzique have a return policy?
Absolutely. We stand behind our product 100%.
To organize a return and refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product. In the email, please include your name, email address used to place the order, and order number. Understandably, we will require proof of purchase. Thank you.
Can I pick up my order?
Are you kidding? When you can have it delivered right to your door?
We are happy to have you pick up your order. Take a third left after the Buddhist monastery at the top of Mount Baldy, CA. It is a bit of a trek but won’t disappoint with the view. Please call in advance 1-800-I-AM- LOST for directions if needed.
Can orders to the same address be shipped together?
Orders are compiled and shipped based on your email address. Not the physical address. So, unfortunately, orders cannot be shipped together.
But not to worry – they can enjoy each other’s company once on the cold shelf of your refrigerator.
fizzique accounts are now available both for subscribers and customers who have placed one-time orders. Subscribers have the ability to manage their accounts, and single order customers can view past orders and shipments. If you’ve purchased fizzique before, then you already have an account.

Reset your fizzique password
Visit https://www.drinkfizzique.com/account/login/. Enter the email address that you used to place your order. A password reset email will be sent to you.
Follow the link provided in the email and enter your desired password. Enter it again to confirm it and click "Reset Password."
Once you have reset your password, you can log in to the fizzique customer portal. Visit https://www.drinkfizzique.com/account/ and sign in with your email address and password.
